David Middleton, Chief Executive, Transport Scotland, Buchanan House, 58 Port Dundas Road, Glasgow G4 0HF
Also: Keith Brown MSP, T4.04, The Scottish Parliament, Edinburgh EH99 1SP
These are the decision makers – we need to ensure they are under no illusion that we will not accept this proposal without a fight!

It is nonsense and nothing more than scare mongering to state that this facility will lead to an increase in crime.
This is same scare mongering you have carried out when you state that the facility will be used by 34 coaches per night when in fact it is only 27. Or when you liken the lighting used as Bathgate to that proposed at Polamise (which it isn’t).
This land was always Network Rail land and so was seen as being of use to the railways. Land that is not of use to the railways was passed to BRB(Residury) for sale, as in the land on the other side of the railway, at the point of privitisation. If those residents of Targe Wynd did not get this fact reported to them by their surveyors when they bought their houses, then they should complain to the surveyors, not Network Rail.
Finally I trust those of you who are objecting to this are retired or have good, safe jobs. In objecting to this you risk the loss of potential new jobs to the people of Stirling.
I am a Broomridge resident, but am afraid that I cannot attend the meeting to speak out in favour of this project as I am working. So I have left this comment to provide a bit of balance instead.
